Leeds Beckett University’s Business School are currently delivering leadership training as part of the ‘Empowering Leaders’ programme. This programme provides a range of courses developed to nurture and progress leadership skills with specific interventions to support female employees to narrow the gender gap in leadership positions.
The courses are being offered as part of the Higher Performing Workplaces (HPW) project which enables eligible businesses to access leadership training with 40% match funding within Leeds City Region.
Training Courses include;
- Effective First Line Manager – ILM Level Three in Leadership and Management
- ILM Level Five Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring
- Managing Remote or Home Workers
