On Monday 8th July the University of Bradford, School of Management will be hosting a Knowledge Transfer Network webinar as we introduce Bradford Business Challenge projects for the 2024/25 academic year.
Bradford Business Challenge is a collaborative partnership programme between the School, our final year students and local organisations. Over the course of a students final year, students look to work on a project designed by your business for their dissertation which provides them with real-world experience ahead of their graduation.
Over the course of the 2023/24 academic year we had 18 students complete projects for their final year which included work for local SME’s, Councils, Organisations and Charities. The projects undertaken included themes across many subject areas including marketing, AI, business growth, communications, social impact and equality and diversity.
As a member of the YABA network we would like to invite you to join us for the webinar from 4pm – 5.30pm on Monday 8 July to get insight to what Bradford Business Challenge projects are, understand the processes in place to undertake one and commence the development of your project ideas.
Projects could be themed around unlocking new opportunities for your organisation, making the most of ongoing success or tackling business challenges.
At the School of Management we believe this is a great opportunity for all involved parties. For your organisation it may support your business needs or begin your engagement with the University of Bradford; our students they real work experience which supports their employability post-graduation; and the School continues to expand our opportunities to our networks.
If you are interested in undertaking a Bradford Business Challenge project you can now register via Microsoft Forms or email us at bace@bradford.ac.uk if you have any questions.
