Back in July, Go4Growth formally transitioned into a social enterprise, reinforcing our commitment to being a “force for good.”

Since Go4Growth launched back in 2020 we have always been driven by impact rather than by profit. Our manifesto was one of the first things we put together and we’ve been very clear throughout, that the overarching mission of Go4Growth is social.

In developing local marketplaces, we help local communities to grow and thrive, to build resilience, create greater access to skills and employment opportunities and even to improve health & wellbeing.

Go4Growth have been reinvesting at least 50% of our profits since the business was created and this is a financial commitment we wanted to make formally and publicly so that our clients, who invest in us, could have confidence that their investment creates impact at source and that their investment will work as hard as possible to deliver the social outcomes we have set up to achieve.

We are currently engaging with in excess of 8,500 businesses, many of whom are going on to win work in the public sector where they haven’t before. Our financial model means that through investment from public and private sector commissions, everything we offer to the marketplace is delivered free of charge.
