To aid its objective of monitoring the needs of its members and the broader business community and effectively respond to the changing needs of its members, YABA in partnership with Leeds Beckett University brings to you the Help To Grow Management Program.
Help to Grow Management is a unique 12 module training program aimed to increase the productivity and profitability of your business.
This programme is 90% funded by the government. On this programme participants join 30,000 senior leaders taking part in a practical management training programme delivered by world-class business schools, accredited by the Small Business Charter.
By the end of the programme, you will develop a business growth plan to help you lead your business to release its potential.
The Help to Grow Management program offers:
Modules: There are 12 modules to this program aimed at covering all the aspects of a business eg. Finance and Financial Management, Employee Engagement and Leading Change, Building a Brand etc. For the comprehensive list click Here.
Hybrid Delivery: This course combines online and face to face sessions (8 online and 4 face to face sessions) along with facilitated peer group discussions to share your experiences and knowledge with your co -participants.
1:1 Mentoring: A unique aspect of this program is you are eligible to avail 10 hours of 1:1 mentoring sessions with a mentor of your choice. We have a pool of experts recruited as mentors: from successful entrepreneurs to corporate leaders and trusted business advisers
Alumni Network: After completion of the program you are enrolled onto our Alumni Network. Here you have access to various workshops, networking events and expert speakers which are a part of our alumni event held every quarter.
