Leeds Business School is delivering its first Small Business Leadership Programme (SBLP) – run by the Small Business Charter – in November. The SBLP is part of a £20 million government fund to support the recovery, growth, and long-term productivity of SMEs following the pandemic.

The programme is free and is delivered online by Leeds Beckett academics through eight 90-minute webinars.

It will give businesses the opportunity to strengthen their business network and create peer groups.  Participants will develop strategic leadership skills and the confidence to make informed decisions to boost business performance. The course will also focus on areas including innovation, operational efficiency, marketing and finance.
