Our shortlist demonstrates exceptional leadership, driving forward strong business growth and innovation strategies, with people who are prominent role models within their sectors. Consider – 1. The Emerging Talent category covers “ones to watch” and Nextgen role models in business, commerce or third sector. This includes those leading a high performing new business which has been trading for less than 5 years, with an innovative edge and something to shout about. It recognises those who have exceeded their initial targets for growth and already show prominence within their sector or industry through a significant product/service, innovation and leadership.
