Peer Networks programme is delivered by The University of Leeds Business School and completely free of charge to join.  

Now in its second year, Peer Networks is specifically designed for SME business leaders that want to recover from the impacts of the pandemic, improve productivity, grow, and develop their business for future success.  

The programme brings together small cohort groups of individual business leaders to collaboratively work through common issues. Through facilitated interactive action learning, you will develop a trusted support network that works for you, enabling you to discuss your own challenges and ideas for growth, receiving valuable feedback from other business leaders to enable you to develop practical plans and improve overall performance 

The cohort groups are followed up by 1:1 coaching with an experienced business coach to assist you to develop your ideas into a practical plan of action. 

The Programme is: 

  • Open to SME businesses, between five and 50 employees. 
  • Trading in the Leeds City Region (Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield). 
  • Trading for a minimum of 12 months, with turnover £100k+. 
  • You will be expected to commit to six, three-hour sessions, over the course of 12 weeks – various sessions are available to suit you. 
  • You will remain in your non-competitive cohort group throughout the programme, allowing you to develop a trusted support network with likeminded business leaders. 
  • Completely free of charge (commercial value of £2,500).
