  1. Understanding SMEs Ability to Withstand a Shock and Deal with Crisis

Around 11% of SMEs fail each year because of numerous factors, and there are ongoing major issues that affect small firm resilience and their ability to respond to shocks in their environment – as Covid has shown all too well. Can you help our understanding of these issues by completing a survey – there is an online survey link below which will allow us to gather relevant information on your business resilience and recovery, as well as business’s willingness to build resilience. The university is collaborating with Bradford College Future Technologies Centre and they are keen to receive informed insights from our local businesses. West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC) is leading a new education and training initiative, helping create the highly-skilled technology workforce of tomorrow. The initiative will ensure that the college and its partners design curriculum and skills training programmes to meet the unique skills that key industry sectors require, both present and future. We need your help to decide what training should be developed for MedTech.
