Leeds Beckett University has launched a project to enhance the resilience and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by building the leadership skills, capabilities and opportunities of women in the Leeds City Region.
Through the #WECAN (Women Empowered through Coaching and Networking) project, SME employees and managers can access a range of funded support, including:
- Fully funded leadership and management training courses and qualifications for your women employees
- A network of like-minded businesses via peer-to-peer sessions, workshops and masterclasses
- Resources such as blogs, surveys and the latest research
